Fruit-Free Nut

My glass is always half full - just not with juice!

It’s Okay! Eat It!

Not all fruit is bad! There are still a few things we fruities can have – wahoo!!

Winner Winner Chicken Fruit Dinner!

Okay, so the list is small. Still, it’s better than nothing, right?

  • Melons, including cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, etc. Basically, if says melon, tell your friends and family to back off. This one’s for you!
  • Rhubarb

Maybe, Baby!

Tomatoes

Some Fruities can still eat tomatoes. Fortunately, I am one of them. If, however, you plan to use canned tomatoes, be aware that citric acid is often added. You will need to scrutinize the label. There are some brands that do not have citric acid, though they may be a bit more difficult to find.

Avocado

Some Fruities can still eat avocado. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. I wept into a giant bowl of guacamole when I found out. But I’ll get over it quickly. No food is worth the pain that follows. Except chocolate. And that’s not a fruit, so wahoo!
