If you know me in real life, you know I will take nearly any challenge or dare someone throws my way. My philosophy is you can do anything in life when you can see an end to it. So when Dr. Neale challenged me with the 21 Day Sugar Detox, I said, “Twenty-one days? I got this.” Okay, maybe it was more like, “Uh… well, I, uh… um… Hm. Okay? I’ll do it??”
Regardless, I’m doing it. Dr. Neale sent me all the info, and I downloaded the PDFs. And then I freaked. Will I stick with it? Will I lose my fruit-free little mind? Stay tuned!

In a nutshell, it’s fruit-free paleo. It only lasts 21 days, though. It’s designed to get the body un-addicted to sugar. It also eliminates a lot of inflammatory foods which, is going to be a good thing for me. As always, check with your doctor first if you decide to do it. I’m going to be chronicling how it goes and putting fruit-free recipes up as I go.
